Don't be put off by the nagging gremlin in your head, saying "I'm too old" , "I'm not fit enough" , "I'm not flexible" , "I'm not sure"
Absolutely none of the above should stop you . . age, fitness, flexiblity are no barriers, if anything your fitness and flexilbity will increase through training
What ever you do don't be put off by the biggest gremlin of them all . .

This is the worst excuse of them all !!, the class is structured so everyone gets the most out of each lesson, you will find other members are more than willing to help you gain your feet
A typical Tae Kwon-Do lesson will consist of any of the below;
fitness training (the instructor is a qualified gym instructor!) sparring self defence padwork patterns flexibility training

you train to your own level, that level will increase the more you train and the more you will get out of it !!
